Lychee Martini
Chill the Glassware

Place a martini glass or coupe glass into the freezer for 5 minutes, or fill it with ice and water to chill while you build the drink.
Combine the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the 2 oz Vodka, 1 oz Lychee Liqueur, 1 oz Lychee syrup (usually poured straight from a can of preserved lychees), and 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice.
Shake Vigorously

Fill the shaker completely with fresh ice. Seal it tightly and shake hard for 12–15 seconds. Shaking with plenty of ice ensures the heavy fruit syrup properly integrates with the alcohol and creates a beautiful, icy froth.
Strain and Serve

Empty the chilling ice from your serving glass. Using a fine strainer to catch any small ice shards, pour the cocktail directly into the chilled glass.
Garnish

Skewer a whole, pitted canned lychee on a cocktail pick and rest it across the rim with a sprig of mint.
