White Chocolate Dream
Chill the Glassware

Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill, as this drink is best served cold and "up" (without ice in the final glass).
Combine the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the 2 oz Restart Vodka, 1 oz vanilla syrup, 1 oz white chocolate liqueur, and 2 oz fresh cream.
Shake Vigorously

Fill the shaker completely with fresh ice. Seal the top tightly and shake hard for 12–15 seconds. Shaking with plenty of ice breaks up the heavy cream and dense syrup, thoroughly blending them into a smooth, frothy texture.
Strain and Serve

Remove your chilled glass from the freezer. Using a fine-mesh strainer to catch any small ice shards, strain the velvety mixture into the glass.
Garnish

Lightly dust the top of the cream foam with grated white chocolate or a pinch of cocoa powder and a vanilla bean pod before serving.
